pklok Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and pklok ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the online gaming services available at pklok.org. These Terms must be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any feature of pklok, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms you must not use the pklok platform. pklok reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of the pklok platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while the account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pklok does not accept registrations from anyone below this age threshold under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party or commercial enterprise.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by pklok for breach of these Terms or any other policy violation.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative or proxy for any other person for the purpose of placing bets or conducting gaming activity.
• You are aware that online gaming may be subject to local laws in your jurisdiction, and you accept sole responsibility for ensuring your use of pklok complies with applicable law.

pklok reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity and address at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified to the satisfaction of pklok's compliance team may be suspended or closed, and any balance will be subject to review pending verification.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the pklok platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

Registration Information

At the point of registration you must provide your legal full name, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, date of birth, and any other information reasonably requested by pklok. You warrant that all information provided is accurate, current and complete. Any material inaccuracy — including a false date of birth supplied to circumvent the 21+ age requirement — constitutes a breach of these Terms and entitles pklok to close your account immediately without notice.

KYC Verification

pklok operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with standard compliance practice. Full withdrawal access is conditional on the successful completion of KYC verification, which may require submission of a government-issued photo identification document and proof of address. KYC verification is a one-time process for each account. pklok may request updated documentation at any time if account activity warrants re-verification.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 across all supported payment methods. pklok accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and internet banking through Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. pklok does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. pklok charges no processing fee on deposits; any fees levied by your payment provider are your responsibility.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to account holders who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — the same name as appears on your pklok account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. pklok charges no withdrawal fees. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. pklok reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers internal risk or compliance review thresholds.

Currency and Taxes

All transactions on pklok are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). pklok does not deduct withholding tax from player winnings. Players are individually responsible for declaring and paying any tax obligations arising from gaming winnings under applicable Bangladeshi law. pklok makes no representation as to the tax treatment of gaming winnings and strongly recommends seeking independent financial or legal advice if you are uncertain about your obligations.

pklok offers welcome bonuses and periodic promotional offers to eligible account holders. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they are credited. Transferring bonus funds to another account is prohibited.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is displayed in the Promotions section of your account dashboard.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unused bonus balance and any incomplete wagering requirement will be removed from your account on the expiry date shown in your account dashboard.
• pklok reserves the right to withdraw, modify or reclaim any bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, fraud, or exploitation of a system error.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts on their first deposit only. Existing account holders are not eligible for welcome bonus offers regardless of account age.

pklok does not guarantee the availability of any particular promotional offer at any given time. Promotions may be amended, suspended or withdrawn at pklok's sole discretion. Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL or IPL are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms displayed at the time of the offer.

All games available on pklok are governed by individual game rules supplied by the respective game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi. In all cases the game provider's certified random number generator (RNG) or live dealer outcome determines the result of each game round. pklok does not interfere with game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result on a player's screen and the result recorded on pklok's server, the server record shall be deemed definitive.

Cricket and sports betting markets on pklok are offered with live odds that fluctuate in real time. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the platform, the odds at which the bet was accepted are binding and will not be revised regardless of subsequent market movements. In-play bets are accepted at the platform's sole discretion and are subject to the live odds applicable at the moment of acceptance confirmation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pklok platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and may result in permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of your entire account balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or co-ordinated betting strategies in sports markets.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source. pklok cooperates fully with any law enforcement investigation into suspected financial crime involving platform transactions.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, whether or not that person is aware of or has consented to the activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or display errors on the platform to generate winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated as a result of a technical error are considered void and will not be paid out.

pklok's risk and compliance team monitors all account activity. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation. During a suspension access to funds may be restricted. pklok will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the account holder in writing within a reasonable timeframe.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pklok shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform or its services. pklok's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pklok does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to users in advance where reasonably practicable. In the event of unplanned downtime pklok will use reasonable endeavours to restore service as quickly as possible. pklok is not liable for any losses incurred by a player as a result of platform unavailability, whether planned or unplanned.

All content on the pklok platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interface layouts, promotional graphics, written content and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of pklok or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of pklok.

pklok collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at pklok.org/privacy-policy. By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pklok implements SSL encryption across all platform sessions to protect data in transit. pklok does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors and KYC verification providers only to the extent necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

pklok reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pklok will notify registered account holders via the email address or mobile number on record, or through a prominent notice on the platform, no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms you must close your account and withdraw any available balance before the effective date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of pklok, you are encouraged to first contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. pklok aims to resolve all account-related disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the matter to formal dispute resolution in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
